Soil, as the keeper of nutrients and the core building block of our existence, is currently being produced in the neighborhood of Grønland in Oslo, by local youth. By using local resources, they are making and selling the product. Oslo Living Lab uses the core of commercial growth, the excess of food and garbage, as a resource which stands outside of the established system, on the verge of laws and regulations.
