Scratching the Surface: LinYee Yuan
<p>LinYee Yuan is the founder and editor of <em>MOLD</em>, a print and digital magazine about designing the future of food. She previously was an editor for <em>Core77</em>, the entrepreneur in residence at <em>Quartz</em>, and has written about design, art, and food for <em>Food52</em>, <em>Design Observer</em>, <em>Cool Hunting</em>, and <em>Elle Decor</em>.
