The Immeasurable Want of Light
<p><em>The Immeasurable Want of Light</em> is a play illustrated by famed historian and painter Nell Painter. <em>The Immeasurable Want of Light</em> follows Maker, a black, overweight artist, as she comes of age in an alternate universe. This is an epic play, consisting of twenty-eight distinct micro plays of varying language styles and forms, that journeys through shifting perspectives of living in Black skin.</p>
